Which acne medicine should I purchase?

My girlfriend wants me to purchase her an acne otc medicine. I’ve heard of Exposed, Rodan & Fields and of course ProActive? Does anyone have any familiarity with any of these products? Any advice would be a great help? Thanks.

    Plain old benzoyl peroxide will probably work as well as any of those. It’s OTC and much less expensive. Just be careful as it will bleach fabrics. Use a white face cloth to wash it off.
