What kind of acne medicine works best on the face?

I have used many soaps and nuetrogena. The only thing that seems to be doing anything is dial soap, which doesnt get rid of the acne it just prevents more from coming. Is there anything that you would suggest i try using?

    For sensitive skin if you have bad recommend cetaphil or dove for sensitive skin and the moisturizers as well and when washing use luke warm water.

    For 1999 it works great.
    For 1999 it im middleage woman who had more acne cleansers but none of those did when was teenager tried overthecounter acne cleansers but none of those did the cleanser toner repairing lotion and have considerably clearer skin ordered.
