I’m using the grapefruit neutrogena stuff & it isn’t really helping out much .
i mostly just have blackheads on my face with an occasional pimple here and there but i have a few red pimples on the top of my back right below my neck . it’s nothing extreme just like 5 or 6 .

i have never had this before which is why im so confused about the acne on my back .

    That stuff is horrible. Neutrogena products are absolutely horrible and actually make your skin worse, instead of better.

    NON-INFLAMMATORY - tiny bumps, blackheads, and whiteheads
    INFLAMMATORY - pustules (puss filled red bumps), big read bumps, nodules, cysts
