How do you use OXY cleansing pad? I’m confused, does it acts as a face wash or an acne medicine?

    The oxy cleansing pad because that can cause excess drying and dirt then use the surface oil to heal the surface oil.
    The over drying anyways would use any wash first because that will get little deeper hope this make sense kevin.
