Do any certain acne medicine work better then others?

i have mild acne and usally use clean + clear. My skin is usually oily and gets worse throughout the day. Is there any medince or cream that works really well?
I’m 14 and have mild acne. i’ve tried proactive but it doesn’t work for me. right now i’m using clean + clear and it works ok, but my skin gets really oily throughout the day. Is there acne stuff that works well AND controls oil??

    u should really try Proactiv! Itz really great! I have well used to have oily skin but really all i needed was Proactiv and it help me gain bac my natural beauty!!! I u have any more questions or if ur friends have any just look for me!

    for each person different ones work better. try nivea young - those work for me.
