To compare the contraceptive efficacies and side effects of Mirena (levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system, LNG-IUS) inserted immediately after artificial abortion and in the period of regular menstruation.A total of 166 female subjects volunteered for the insertion of LNG-IUS. They were divided into 2 groups. Eighty-six female subjects inserted right after artificial abortion were selected as the observation group and 80 female subjects inserted during the period of regular menstruation as the control group. Follow-up was performed at one year after insertion. Contraceptive efficacies and side effects were compared between two groups.No pregnancy was found in both groups. No mirena expulsion occurred in neither groups. The continuation rates were 100%and 95%in the observation and control groups respectively (P > 0.05). The rates of abnormal hemorrhage were 27.5% and 36.2% in observation and control groups respectively during the first three months (P < 0.05). And 22.7% and 23.3% subjects suffered amenorrhea respectively in the first year. No significant difference was found in such side effects as amenorrhea, weight gain, acne and swollen breasts between two groups (P > 0.05).Mirena is proved to be an excellent choice for contraception after artificial abortion. Secondary intrauterine surgery may be avoided. And its insertions immediately after artificial abortion or during the period of regular menstruation share the same efficacies.

And for the past year I have the most annoying thing a teen can have during puberty…ACNE!!!!
A lot of girls have been looking at me at school lately, Probably because im hot :D, Nahh just because I have ACNE, But My ACNE isnt as serious or as bad as other people at school (Australia) And majority of the people at school lets say 96% dont have ACNE
I know looks aren’t Everything buy personally i do think they play a big fucking role in your teen life
Do any of yous know how to get rid of ACNE fast without any products?
How long will your method take if I do exactly that you tell me?
Im backing off on food with sugar for the past 3 months (Nothing has changed) and I eat Pasta, bread, rice, fruits…Becasue ive been told its good to have a balanced diet when you have ACNE…
So…How do i get rid of it fast…And how fast are we talking about?

I really need to get rid of my spot but i just can find any good products that work i have tried 2 diffrent creams of my doctors which have both done nothing. I then bought sudocrem which i am using at the moment it seemed to be working but still is doing nothing for my spots. I then went back to my doctors to ask for something else and the last resort was tablets and she said because my acne is very mild and not that bad. So they should work in a couple of week but i decided not to take these tables as my doctor told me i could experience sickness and tiredness but not only that recently a teenage boy has died from taking them which totally put me of as the tablets have some sort of drug in them!
so please help me! what good spot treatment and creams are there?

To explore the efficacy of facial acne scars treatment with micro-plasma radio frequency.A total of 24 patients with facial acne scars underwent micro-plasma treatment for 3 - 5 times. And their efficacies were evaluated by the patient photographs before and 2 months after treatment.Facial acne scars were characterized by clouds of pitted scars with no specific shape. No difference appears in susceptibility between males and females. The overall improvement rate was 83.33%. The degree of improvement was as follows: significant 33.33%, moderate 25%, mild 25% and poor 16.67%.Micro-plasma technique is an effective therapy for acne scar.
