Ok, well i got this huge (acne) breakout on my face (ew) after i ate candy with citric acid. so do you think that causes breakouts? my dad does and he has a Ph.D and knows this stuff…. he thinks that maybe i’m allergic to it or something, he doesn’t think that citric acid can cause breakouts for everyone. What do you think?

I am on two medications for acne. I was wondering would 2% milk cause acne. I missed lunch and there was really nothing to eat that, so I had a bowl of ceral. I don’t drink milk constantly only water.
