My acne was disappearing completely, and then as soon as I started tanning, to get a little color it started to flare up! My question is, can tanning actually cause ance to be worse? I always wash my face immediatly and am constantly drinking water while outside. If tanning can actually cause acne I would rather be pale with nice skin then tan with acne ridden skin. I would really like to hear from some people that have experience with this or work in a dermatalogist field. I have heard so many myths about what causes acne, that I don’t know what to believe and what not to. Help !!
I used my normal moisterizer that I always have that has sunscreen in it? Could it be the lack of using it while I’m laying out that could trigger it? Usually I wait until I go in to wash up and put it on .. because I fear sunscreen will cause an even bigger breakout.
