can acne medicine lead to greasiness in hair?

I have just started topical acne wash as well as overall gel. With the start of this medication, I have noticed severe greasiness in my hair. Could the two be linked?

    The kit at wal mart is so much cheaper about acne free and the kit at wal mart brand acne free and they work great the wal mart brand acne wash making your best bet anyway but have never heard about.

    i don’t think so, though some oral acne medications can cause dry hair.
