my doc perscribed me doxycycline mono 100 mg(pill) and Ziana(clindamycin phosphate 1.2% and tretinoin .025%) Gel and told me i need to drink at least 6 bottles of water and stop drinking pepsi. i started taking it when i was 13 and it helped and made my acne go away but now im 19 and i still get acne not nearly as bad, but since thursday, ive been “celebrating” people’s birthdays and didn’t washed my face or drink any water until monday and i didn’t have a single blemish until tuesday after i washed my face. usually when i wash my face daily i have maybe 3 blemishes in the morning. could it be that now that i’ve matured my medicine may be causing my acne now?
