Am i allergic to my new acne medicine?

I have bought this new acne medicine called Acnefree. I started using it one day, using like it told me. By the end of the day my friend noticed a bump on my face. By the next day that little bump turned big and now half my face is swollen. Could i be allergic to it?

    Yes defiantly ,you should stop using it immediately.Try buying a different kind of medicine.

    The bumps maybe you should stop immediately and let your face rest bit to get rid of the bumps maybe you definitely seem allergic to.
    The bumps maybe you should see professional dermotologist.
