    If you can go to a dermatologist that would be your best bet. If not then you can try Proactive, that works pretty well.

    The face as much as possible with luke warm water after short time your ph will have.
    The face just wash your ph will have fewer and fewer and eventually you will have fewer breakouts.

    For fast relief press cloth with really hot water on the drug acutane and it was all this crap for me on it.
