So i don’t really have bad skin, but over the weekend my face broke out– i now have a few larger pimples on my chin and some not so noticeable ones on my cheeks and chin, (sorry if that grosses you out) — and i was wondering if anybody knew of a good acne medication (gel or cream or something) that isn’t too expensive and works really fast. I don’t want to get proactive cuz it’s expensive and i don’t have terrible skin. I would also like to be ably to get it at target or wal-mart if possible.

You can’t go wrong with benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid treatments. Do a little skin test first and then apply in a thin film to the area. Remember also to use non-soap cleansers and a non-comedogenic mosturiser.
Your pharmacists will advise you about benzoyl peroxide. If it persists after two months of this, you might think about seeing a dermatologist who might prescribe minocycline or similar antibiotic.
